Paircat does not receive or store payment card details or other financial information. Such data is processed directly by Polar.sh in accordance with its own privacy policy.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (such as your email address and the contents of your message) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

Paircat does not:

Collect or store your source code, prompts, or generated outputs;
Monitor or track in-software usage behaviour;

Use advertising, marketing, or tracking cookies.

5. Telemetry and Licence Validation

The Chippery software performs limited network requests solely for:

Licence validation and entitlement checks via Polar.sh.

These requests may include technical identifiers necessary to verify a valid licence. They do not include your source code, prompts, or generated outputs.

Any data transmitted to third-party API providers as a result of your use of their APIs is governed exclusively by your agreement with those providers. Paircat has no ability to alter or restrict such transmissions and bears no responsibility for them.

6. Third-Party Services and Processors

We use a limited number of third-party service providers to operate Chippery.

6.1 Polar.sh

Used for payment processing, subscriptions, and licence management.

Personal data processed by Polar.sh is subject to Polar.sh's privacy policy.

6.2 Cloudflare

Our website is delivered via Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses, request headers, timestamps, and device information) for security, performance, and reliability purposes.

Cloudflare acts as a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
